    Before event- secure donations/prizes, outreach
    10am- Setup
    11am- Potluck Food accepted at Friendship Garden
    12-6pm - Block Party
    Food prep and service
    sports and activities
    entertainment and performances
    6pm-  Cleanup andBreakdown 

    Donations accepted!
    Back to school supplies / Arts and Crafts / Raffle Prizes / Board Games / Basketballs 
    Potluck Food Donations / ice / water / serve ware
